Do you carry more than is seen and still keep showing up?
Ursula walks alongside leaders, teams, and individuals who live that reality: people who hold much, move through deep change, and still lead with heart. Her lived experience includes profound loss and widowhood, a later divorce, seasons of exhaustion, reinvention, and the ongoing practice of rebuilding purpose when life changes course. She does her own inner work and meets people where they are with patience and respect.
Today she serves in the federal government, leading policy for casualty, mortuary, and wounded-warrior care. Over the past 20 years, her path has included executive leadership in the nonprofit sector, a policy fellowship in the legislative branch, roles in congressional and intergovernmental affairs, program management supporting wounded warriors, disabled veterans, and Gold Star families, and private-sector leadership as a director of marketing at a real-estate company. She also co-founded a chapter of a nonprofit that supports Gold Star spouses.

Ursula holds a BA in Corporate Communications, a graduate degree in Communication Law, and a master’s in Intercultural Communication. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

She is a Gold Star spouse. The spark for Soulalma began years earlier when her closest friend from college, Mauricio, became gravely ill and died a week before graduation. He introduced her to the teachings that continue to inform her quietly spiritual approach. As an immigrant and military spouse survivor, she brings particular sensitivity to belonging, identity, and starting over. She understands the quiet strength it takes to keep moving with purpose.

If you carry more than is seen and keep showing up, Soulalma offers a quiet place to lay things down, listen within, and move with clear purpose. Book a Conversation for yourself, schedule a Team Session, or invite Ursula to speak at your event.
