Service Description

• Up to four core areas and, if needed, one specialty focus (for example: grief, burnout, a major transition) • 2 × 60-min Conversations, scheduled within 6 weeks • Playbook pages added when a Conversation opens a new area you want to stay with • 1 × 30-min Headway to return to your pages and to what has remained present over time Across the two Conversations, you step out of the rush and give language to what keeps pressing on you in the areas you choose. When a new part of your life comes into view, Playbook pages for that area are added so there is a place to keep company with what surfaced instead of letting it be swallowed by daily pace. The Headway is a short return later in the process: you sit again with what was named, look back at your pages, notice what still carries weight, and decide whether this is the right moment for another return along the Soulalma Path.
